QUALITY CONTROLS:  Technological superiority  of  products coupled  with widening of the  product  range and meaningful diversification of activities in manufacture has helped this Company grow in pioneer development of commercial recovery vans and manufacture of heavy duty and light recovery breakdown wreckers.  Quality Control originates chemical and  metallurgical  compositions from testing  of  Raw  materials with modern testing devices in ultra modern laboratories test houses, quality control authorities agencies of Government, measuring components with set standards of dimensional accuracy and it extends to inspecting sub assemblies and testing samples in the range of up-to-date test  rigs.
The product range design & developed by the Company so far is the result of technical suggestions and recommendations given
by  the  team  of  experts , highly  qualified engineers and technocrats nominated by the Intendors from time to time to
 access the Company's reliability, expertise product quality and high quality workmanship. Besides, the wrecker designed and developed for Indian Army successfully qualified for induction in Indian Army after quality tests under all weather conditions and in high altitudes.

(A) PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS:  The raw  materials  are  purchased  from reputed manufacturers,  authorized  dealers, sole  selling  agents which have ISI or ISO specification and their quality is ensured by the quality checks are regulatory employed at the following stages.

• Getting test certificate from the suppliers, and the laboratory test reports

• Testing the materials in authorized test houses like National Physical Laboratory, Shriram Test House, R.K.
  Inspection & Testing House

In house stress tests with testing equipments and measuring components with set standards of dimensional accuracy.
 

(B)ASSEMBLING OF PARTS:    At  the  time  of  assembling  of  parts, the  assemblies  are  tested  to  its  quality performance. All fitments are thoroughly checked and required lubrication is applied wherever is considered necessary  to  prevent  the  equipment  from  erosion and rustication.  Due attention is paid to quality packing to save the parts from spoilage.

(C)PERFORMANCE TRIAL OF RECOVERY WRECKER:The wrecker equipment fitted on the chassis is put to load lifting test, for which dead weight  compound is lifted with the help of booms, with  or  without  proper anchorage and  hookup  application. Derricking  test  is conducted  by  lifting  disabled on roads loaded vehicles and its shifting to workshops. The  digging  out  operations  are done by digging out the dead weight or disabled damaged vehicles from deep ditch and recover it for safer place.

(D)DELIVERY PERFORMANCE TRIAL:After delivery of the wrecker equipment  to the Indentors  the vehicle  is  put on performance trail of running hours on recovery operation and  in  running  mileage  basis.During  the course  of   performance trial all components of wrecker are examined closely as per specifications, and  procedure and  the vehicle are stamped for quality assurance.
